Такого ноября в Улан-Удэ и старожилы не припомнят. Температура будет в районе нуля всю рабочую неделю при прогнозе снегопада.

Коммунальщики работали всю ночь и продолжают подсыпать улан-удэнские улицы. При такой теплой погоде все 300 улиц в городе одновременно покрыть будет невозможно. Выбирают главные магистрали, чтобы уменьшить пробки и дать возможность свободного передвижения для общественного транспорта, скорых, ГИБДД, полиции и пожарных. В течение дня их подсыпят несколько раз.

Другие улицы также не остаются без внимания. Туда пескоразбрасыватели едут с учетом анализа обстановки и заявок жителей города в диспетчерские службы.

Городские власти обращаются к жителям об аккуратном использовании автотранспорта, и при возможности вообще обойтись без него в ближайшие дни. По причине вчерашнего сильного снегопада и гололеда, школы переведены на свободное посещение с учетом решения родителей.

Предприятиям города допустимо сократить рабочий день или перевести в онлайн-режим для сотрудников в случае дальнейшего снегопада или ухудшения ситуации на дорогах. Мэр Улан-Удэ Игорь Шутенков ввел режим повышенной готовности. Эту непогоду надо просто перетерпеть всем городом.
