Министерство Лесного хозяйства Воронежской области не заметило "потерю" лесного участка на красной линии Московского проспекта?

Так это лесничество или земли населенных пунктов?

По новому Генплану - это лесопарковая зона (в положении о территориальном планировании указана как 6141 (703) - зона озелененных территорий специального назначения), а по данным Росреестра - участок уже оформлен для проектирования и строительства малоэтажных домов.

По данным генплана участок - 30 соток, а по Росреестру - уже более 6 Га...

Как много вопросов и так мало ответов... Кафе Forrest.

Что же победит в этом случае: связи и взятки или закон?

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
