МЧС России сообщает, что сейчас на месте бедствия сложные погодные условия: шквалистый ветер и семибалльное волнение моря, что затрудняет спасательную операцию.

The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy.
