Он, действуя по указанию куратора, изъял из заранее оборудованного схрона взрывное устройство с поражающими элементами, чтобы подорвать автомобиль чиновника.
Во время задержания злоумышленник оказал вооруженное сопротивление и был нейтрализован ответным огнем.
