Незастроенный участок площадью около 30 гектаров расположен между Игумновским шоссе и трассой М-7. Он будет развиваться по механизму комплексного развития территории.
Ранее сообщалось, что на этой территории планируют построить жилой комплекс для сотрудников предприятий ОЭЗ. Микрорайон будет построен за счет средств инвесторов, без привлечения бюджетного финансирования. Проект также поддержала администрация Дзержинска: в мэрии отметили, что существующие и перспективные производства нуждаются в кадрах.
