В пояснительной записке указывается, что перенос ЕДГ повысит явку - дескать, летом и осенью народ не так активно приходит на выборы. Если процесс перенести на зиму-весну, это исправит ситуацию, считают авторы-коммунисты.
Ранее ряд государственных деятелей опроверг слухи о досрочных выборах, а Песков отказался комментировать эту информацию.
