Он направлен на укрепление и продвижение традиционных духовно-нравственных ценностей России. В очное участие приглашаются учащиеся и сотрудники образовательных и научных учреждений, творческая интеллигенция, а также все, кто интересуется языками и культурой коренных народов России.
