Новый многоквартирный дом в четыре этажа на ул. Павла Синицкого в п. Кизема для переселенцев из аварийного жилья построен по президентскому нацпроекту «Жилье и городская среда». В квартирах уже установлена сантехника, электроплиты и фильтры для воды. Все помещения оборудованы пожарной сигнализацией и необходимыми счетчиками.
В новостройку переедут жители самой Киземы и близлежащих деревень, которые ждали жилья по программе расселения.
