Рязанцы задают вполне логичные вопросы о причинах бездействия мэрии и отсутствия ремонтных работ, поскольку профильные ведомства всегда обещают восстановить свет в течение трех часов с момента отключения.
Нельзя исключать и вариант, что об этом просто не знали, ведь все убедились – энергетики даже не могут посчитать количество улиц, где нет света.
