Это конфликт, описанный еще в классике политологии, кто главнее - партия или фракция, какая дисциплина важнее – партийная или парламентская. Кто победит - покажет время. Если поездки депутатов на Донбасс резко сократятся, значит Володин переиграл. Если их активность сохранится на том же уровне или возрастет, значит сильнее оказался Турчак», - заключил собеседник «Радиоточки НСН».
