Киш с лососем (12 мини)

Ингредиенты:
- 1 упаковка лосося горячего копчения
- 1 красная луковица
- 50г шпината
- 5 яиц
- 100 мл молока
- 100г сыра
- тесто фило
- соль, перец по вкусу

Как готовить?
1. Обжарить, затем карамелизировать мелко порезанный красный лук
2. Добавить к луку шпинат и 20мл воды
3. Взбить 5 яиц и 100 мл молока
4. Добавить обжаренный лук и шпинат, лосося, половину натертого сыра и специи
5. Тесто фило нарезать на квадраты 10х10 и выложить по три шт в одну ячейку
6. Запечь в духовке на 175С в течение 5 минут
7. Разлить яичную массу по 2 ст ложки в ячейку
8. Запечь в духовке в течение 20 минут при 180С
9. Посыпать мини-киши сверху сыром и запекать еще минут 5
10. Подавать с салатом ♥️
