Информация от НВМБ: В период с 11.00 до 13.00 01 ноября 2024 г. запланировано проведение учения с дежурными силами Новороссийской ВМБ в акватории морского порта Новороссийск. В ходе проведения учения будут отрабатываться практические действия по отражению нападения безэкипажных катеров и БПЛА с выполнением практических стрельб из артиллерийской установки с молов Военной гавани.

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
