Речь идёт в том числе о недавних шагах КНДР, касающихся ядерной и ракетной программ. Остин добавил, что США готовы применить обычное и ядерное оружие для защиты Южной Кореи.
Генсек кабмина Японии Хирокадзу Мацуно ранее заявил, что ракетно-ядерная программа КНДР угрожает всему миру.
