اما به این بنا در زمان ساخت آن‌قدر پرداختند که تصمیم گرفتند دیگر چایخانه نباشد! حالا یک مرکز فرهنگی بزرگ است که حتی مهمترین همایش‌های بین‌المللی با میزبانی تاجیکستان را در خود جای می‌دهد!
