So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said.
