По словам режиссера Сюхэя Ябуты, именно Эйнар станет стержнем и движущей силой предстоящих эпизодов. «Он произвел на меня сильное впечатление, когда я прочитал мангу, поэтому, когда мы прописывали продолжение, сценарист Хироси Секо и я начали с обсуждения того, откуда взялась его сила, — пояснил Ябута. — Я не думал, что мы сможем начать планировать второй сезон, пока не разберемся с источником его силы».
