1. Лук, любую зелень и болгарский перец нарезать максимально мелко. 2. Добавить фарш, протертый помидор и соль. Хорошо перемешать. 3. Полученный фарш тонко и равномерно распределить по листу лаваша. 4. Отправить запекать в разогретую духовку до 180 градусов на 20-25 минут. 5. Сбрызнуть лимонным соком. Разрезать на квадратики и свернуть рулетики.
