1. Желатин залить холодной водой, перемешать и оставить на 20 минут. 2. В миску выложить творог, добавить жидкость из банки ананасов и пробить блендером. 3. Желатин растопить на водяной бане, немного остудить, добавить к творожной массе и снова пробить блендером. 4. Добавить нарезанные ананасы и хорошо перемешать. 5. Переложить получившуюся смесь в форму, накрыть пленкой и убрать в холодильник на 3 часа. 6. Вынуть из формы и украсить по желанию.
