К сожалению, прорыв за пределы физикалистской реальности не прошел бесследно: технологический варп сожрал первые 40 минут стрима, которые были весьма интересны, как и оставшаяся часть разговора. Но и в таком виде стрим не менее интересен, по крайней мере мне.
Так что единственный способ увидеть всё - это присутствовать лично и задавать вопросы (чат в этот раз был очень активен, за что отдельное спасибо!). Пишите ваши отзывы о формате, частичная запись будет скоро.

But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
