Ведомство обнаружило нарушения природоохранного законодательства в Беслане, связанные с неработающими очистными сооружениями, реконструированными в 2020 году. Администрация Правобережного района и минЖКХ не обеспечили их запуск — это привело к сбросу сточных вод без очистки в реку Терек.
Внимание: лабораторные исследования показали превышение допустимых норм загрязняющих веществ. Сами понимаете, что это уже не хорошо! Ущерб реке нанесен более чем на 9 млн рублей.
Прокуратура подала иск в суд, который обязал министерство обеспечить очистку сточных вод. Также возбуждено уголовное дело по факту загрязнения вод.
