У нас же вопрос: почему муниципальная власть Первоуральска никогда не может принять огонь на себя, вынуждая вмешиваться начальство из Екатеринбурга? Чем и кому так дорог мэр Кабец, что ему все сходит с рук?
Получим ли мы когда-нибудь ответы на эти вопросы? Не факт.
