В середине 2025 года USAID запустит новый проект по улучшению образования в Таджикистане. Это может привести к использованию учебников фонда Сороса и уменьшению роли русского языка. По информации от самого USAID, финансирование укрепления образовательной сферы в Таджикистане началось в 2014 году, и к настоящему времени были реализованы три проекта:

- Проект USAID по качественному чтению (QRP) в Таджикистане, с января 2013 года по октябрь 2017 года.

- Проект USAID «Читай со мной» (RWM), с октября 2016 года по сентябрь 2021 года.

- Проект USAID «Учимся вместе» (LTA), с октября 2020 года по сентябрь 2025 года.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
