Кооператив «Агро Вклад» Романа Гольдмана официально признан банкротом Арбитражный суд Красноярского края 3 марта объявил банкротом сельскохозяйственный потребительский кооператив «Агро Вклад», принадлежащий бенефициару холдинга Goldman Group Роману Гольдману. Суд открыл конкурсное производство, однако информация о его сроке и назначении конкурсного управляющего пока отсутствует. Банкротство кооператива инициировала Татьяна Чивикова, предъявившая требования на сумму 3,6 миллиона рублей. На данный момент общая сумма требований кредиторов по принятым судом заявлениям достигла семи миллионов рублей. Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
