🔹حسین افشین، در این حکم، خطاب به مدیر جدید شبکه آزمایشگاهی، بر همکاری با کلیه ستادهای توسعه فناوری‌های راهبردی و ستادهای توسعه اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان، به اشتراک‌گذاری توانمندی‌ها و تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی موجود در کشور در این شبکه و تسهیل دسترسی محققین و صنایع فعال کشور به خدمات آزمایشگاهی مورد نیاز، تاکید کرده است.
