Завершено строительство 2-х домов в посёлке Бабынино для семей сотрудников предприятия «Аврора», одного из крупнейших производителей картофеля в нашем регионе. В домах тепло, проведено электричество, канализация, есть водоснабжение.
Строительство стало возможным благодаря усилиям государства и бизнеса и программе «Комплексное развитие сельских территорий». Около 80 % стоимости жилья – средства федерального и областного бюджетов. Соинвестором также выступило сельхозпредприятие. Условия и подробности участия в программе можно узнать в отделе сельского хозяйства вашего района.
За прошлый год построено 28 индивидуальных жилых домов для работников АПК в Бабынинском, Барятинском и Хвастовичском районах.
