"Россия" приступила к эксплуатации двух Boeing 737-900ER, которые прибыли в Россию в этом году и стали столь редким сейчас пополнением флота отечественных перевозчиков.

Самолеты получили имена основателя ЛДПР Владимира Жириновского и поэта Гавриила Державина. Второй приступил к полетам вчера, первый сейчас выполняет свой дебютный рейс в авиакомпании - летит из Москвы в Калининград.

Лайнеры "России" обычно называют в честь городов РФ. Для новичков сделали исключение, поскольку с наступлением низкого сезона они перейдут в "Аэрофлот". Ливрею они пока носят временную.

Оба Boeing 737 принадлежат ГТЛК. Самолетам по 4 года. Раньше их эксплуатировала индонезийская Lion Air. Ожидалось, что они достанутся S7 Airlines, но в итоге пополнение случилось у нацпера.
