Судьи Приморского Края продолжают уделять внимание правовому просвещению молодежи ⚖️👪
🔴 В рамках мероприятий, приуроченных к Всероссийскому дню правовой помощи детям, федеральный судья Лесозаводского районного суда Приморского края Андрей Викторович Гусев провел «Урок правосудия» для учащихся 9 класса МОБУ СОШ № 4 Лесозаводского городского округа.
🔴 Ребята получили уникальную возможность посетить суд в качестве почетных гостей. Судья рассказал о судебной системе РФ, также школьники поприсутствовали в открытом судебном заседании по уголовному делу в отношении жителя г. Лесозаводска, обвиняемого по ч. 1 статьи 157 УК РФ (неуплата средств на содержание детей).
🔴 Главной целью мероприятий, проводимых к этому событию, является повышение уровня правовой культуры молодых граждан России и формирование умения защищать свои права.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
