Прокуратура Центрального района г. Санкт-Петербурга проводит проверку по факту падения снега с крыши дома по ул. Правды.
В ходе проверки будет дана правовая оценка действиям (бездействию) организации и должностных лиц, в чью компетенцию входит обеспечение надлежащего содержания общедомового имущества многоквартирного дома, а также контроль за безопасной эксплуатацией зданий и сооружений в зимний период.
По результатам проверки будет решен вопрос о принятии мер прокурорского реагирования.
