Дополним ЖБЗ на тему участка ПИКа в Хабаровске. В конце 2021 года ПИК за 104 мульта купил аж 67 га в замечательном городе Хабаровск. А сейчас СЗ на который купили участок начинает уплывать в сторону регионального девелопера из Ульяновска.

Вообще основным фактором в отправке этого добра к другому девелоперу может быть его статус КРТ. КРТ - это инструмент похожий на русскую рулетку, где совершенно не знает никто как она выстрелит. Ты можешь купить ЗУ, а на него не дадут ТЭП просто потому что не дадут.

Ну и вариант, что ПИК будет скидывать всю региональщину чтобы пережить осень 2022 - исключать нельзя.
