У Эталона жмут бабки карманы, поэтому они в свой Шагал согласуют вот такой мега неэффективный домик.

Довольно странное решение - прайс в проекте, мягко говоря, стагнирует, даже есть подозрение, что это может не удовлетворять Эталон (последние 3 месяца он на уровне 360 тыс. руб./кв. м.) Осенью и весной ценник !падал!. Не особо понятно, как Эталон с таким ценообразованием доведет проект до успешной реализации. Иногда кажется - чем проще - тем лучше. А не формат - на картинках Лев Толстой, а на деле ЗИЛАрт.
