По поводу школы в Летнем саду: "Проблема заключается в том что в соответствии с ППТ город разместил школу на земельном участке, который в рамках земельного законодательства находится в крайне плохой ситуации: пересечение границы муниципальной (Москвы) и федеральной собственности (Росимущество). Короче очень долго город не мог договориться с федералами чтобы они без торгов под цели строительства школы этот участок переодели."

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
