Галс уже даже на своей страничке в ВК повесил рендер проекта на ЗУ "Шлюзовая, 2". Думается, что стартанут так в перспективе полгода-год. Здание бывшей конторы комплекса автобазы Наркомтяжпрома на месте😍

Больше веселых картинок на проект "Шлюзовая, 2" от Галса. Магия, конечно, что Галс взял и перекинул офисники в жилье. Но, хорошо, что сохранили авангардное здание.

Будет знаковый елдак на Садовом кольце. Видовые будут говно, так как рядом такой "культовый" объект капиталистического романтизма, как МФК "Красные холмы". На рендрах в сторону этого реликта эпохи, конечно же, пустота.

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
