РЖД планирует застроить все свои грузовые дворы. Где-то уже супер активная стадия, как на Рижском, а где-то пристрелочные концепции. Вот такая концепция на застройку двора Митьково, что в Сокольниках. Всё в рамках новых подходах московской архитектуры - разнообразие фасадов и высотности зданий. Всегда сейчас ежик такой получается.
