Решили переименовать в «Nagatino i-Land», ну вы поняли, тип island только как iPhone. Маркетинг от бога, что уж сказать. Хорошо, что для айдентики места сохранили «Нагатино», а не сделали ещё один парк «центр» за ТТК.
Выход по 180 тыс. руб./кв. м. Но это не точно. Они же могут передумать хоть сегодня, быть уверенным в их случае не стоит. А вот в том, что в локации ЗИЛа будет ещё пару миллионов квадратных метров - факт. В долгосрочной перспективе для конечных покупателей, это хорошая инвестиция, потому что это будет новый город в относительном центре города. Для коротко срочных инвестиций нужно поискать другой проект.
