Установлено, что 13 января 2023 года 35-летняя жительница острова Путятин, ЗАТО г. Фокино обратилась за медицинской помощью по месту жительства. Вечером 15 января 2023 года, вследствие несвоевременного оказания необходимой медицинской помощи, наступила смерть женщины.
Прокуратура ЗАТО г. Фокино признала законным возбуждение по данному факту уголовного дела по ч. 2 ст. 109 УК РФ (причинения смерти по неосторожности вследствие ненадлежащего исполнения лицом своих профессиональных обязанностей).

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
