но ребенку рыба НЕОБХОДИМА
слабосоленая не самый подходящий вариант для малыша, поэтому в чат зашли мои кулинарные способности и я наделала для сына заготовок на ближайший месяц
Рецептик простой: минтай или треска - 4 кусочка яйцо - 1 шт мука - 2 ст.л зелень, укроп, петрушка, шпинат, да что нравится
всё это смешиваете в блендере, лепите котлетки, обмакиваете в муку и замораживаете потом раза 2 в неделю ( можете и чаще) достаете и готовите на пару ( можно в духовке)
мы сегодня уже первую попробовали, вкусно получилось и сын заценил 👍🏻
