Вот про эти котлетки я вчера говорила ⤴️

Как рыбные, но не рыбные😀 Рыбный вкус делаем листами нори😉

✅чечевица зелёная--1 стак.
✅листы нори-3 шт.
✅рис- 0,5 стак.
✅соль, перец, специи, чеснок - по вкусу.

✏️Чечевицу замачиваем на ночь. Промываем, воду сливаем, НЕ варим.
✏️Рис отвариаем до готовности.
✏️Чечевицу измельчаем с листами нори в однородной фарш.
✏️Смешиваем с рисом, солим, перчим, добавляем чеснок.
✏️Формируем котлеты и жарим с двух сторон на растит. масле. Ангела за трапезой 😇

Я такие котлетки в готовом виде замораживаю. При разморозке они вполне 👍
