Рыбку можно использовать практически любую: 🐟форель 🐟горбуша 🐟судак 🐟треска 🐟сом 🐟щука Можно купить готовую , а можно отварить или запечь самим, а затем очистить от косточек.

✅картофель отварной в мундире 3 средних шт.
✅огурцы 3 средних шт.
✅редис 300 гр
✅зелень (зеленый лук и укроп)- пучок
✅рыба (у меня форель в вакууме) около 400 гр
✅соль по вкусу
✅квас или минералка.

✏️Чистим картошку, заранее отваренную в мундире, 2 режем кубиком, а одну растолчём в пюре. Это даст ощущение густоты.
✏️Огурцы и редис нарежем кубиками. Зелень измельчим
✏️Рыбу нарежем кубиками (не мельчите, кусочки рыбы должны чувствоваться!), оставим несколько кусочков для украшения .
✏️Всё перемешаем. Разложим по тарелкам. Солим по вкусу. Не солите всё сразу, особенно если планируете хранить остатки окрошки☝ Добавляем квас или минералку.Ангела за трапезой!👼
