✅свекла- 1 крупн. шт.
✅картофель- 3 средн. шт.
✅лук- 1 шт.
✅селедка- 250 гр
✅солен.огурцы- 3 шт.
✅яблоко- 1 шт.
✅лимон.сок- 1 ст.л.
✅соль, заправка (масло или майонез)- по вкусу.

✏️Яблоко режем кубиком, перемешиваем с соком🍋

✏️Картофель, огурец, солен.огурцы также режем кубиками. Лук мелко шинкуем.

✏️Смешиваем с яблоком, солим. Заправляем майонезом или просто маслом.

✏️На блюдо выкладываем слой селёдки, сверху - смесь овощей.

✏️Свеклу мелко режем. Присаливаем. Немного сбрызгиваем маслом. Выкладываем поверх салата на блюде. Украшаем зеленью.
