Лучше брать красную- она более нежная и дает более красивый цвет готовому блюду.
✏️Воду доводим до кипения. Бросаем сначала чечевицу. Затем сельдерей, лук и морковь. Картофель. Варим 10 минут. Добавляем цветную капусту и варим еще 10 минут. ✏️Добавляем специи (сухой чеснок, куркума) и соль по вкусу. Пюрируем. ✏️Подаем с растительным маслом, зеленью и сухариками. Ангела за трапезой!😇
