Действующим депутатом от округа в Заельцовском районе Новосибирска является представитель «Лиги эффективности» Степан Сафонкин. Как и всем народным избранникам из команды Ильи Полякова, ему не дают расслабиться конкуренты из КПРФ. Вместе с Андреем Жирновым, Валерием Науменко и Артемом Роговским в составе «красного десанта» в Заельцовском районе работает молодой Ян Бурдинский - именно он попробует победить Сафонкина на округе в 2025 году. Конечно, в числе кандидатов будут и представители других партий, но в расчет их можно не брать: победителем явно выйдет лишь один из этой пары претендентов.
