По словам министра, он в этот четверг, 21 сентября, предложит правительству задним числом установить с 13 сентября срок, в течение которого владельцы автомобилей с российскими номерами или должны зарегистрировать их в Эстонии, или вывезти из страны. Срок будет согласован правительством.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets. The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%.
