Даже если он никогда не служил, но имеет на руках военный билет, он может призваться на частичную мобилизацию. Он такой же гражданин России, как и все», — пояснили на горячей линии.
Ранее замглавы Синодального отдела по взаимоотношениям церкви с обществом и СМИ Вахтанг Кипшидзе, отвечая на вопрос о возможной мобилизации священников, сказал, что они могут участвовать в военной операции на Украине только в качестве духовников.
