Мозгу должно быть трудно. Книга, которая может быть для кого-то лёгкая, но для вас она сложная. Фильм, который вы не понимаете. Значит, вы будете думать, читать критику. Или спектакль, где не ясно: что хотел сказать режиссер. В таком случае мозг будет занят работой… Не нужно искать трюки, которые улучшают мозг. Их нет. Эти трюки — сама жизнь.
