Как сообщил губернатор Липецкой области Игорь Артамонов, полиции осталось задержать всего двоих из шести сбежавших заключенных ИК-2. Розыскные мероприятия проходили в селе Улусарка — там и были схвачены еще двое из беглецов. Они прятались на элеваторе.
При задержании, как стало известно Readovka, один из них упал с небольшой высоты и получил травмы разной степени тяжести. Первых двух бежавших поймали в окрестностях Тамбова.

All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
