Собственники делали заявки в диспетчерскую, но с 12 часов 12 января их перестали принимать, ссылаясь на сообщение об аварии.

В этот же день хожида бригада и что-то делала. Обещали включить отопление в 15 часов, потом обещали в 17, потом в 18 ч. Однако и в 18 часов трубы были холодными. Трубы нагрелись только к позднему вечеру, но не у всех.

Диспетчерская сказала, что заявка закрыта с резолюцией: низкие параметры, передано в МОЭК. Новая заявка была сделана 13.01.23.
Последующие обращения в диспетчерскую не привели ни к чему. 14 января отопления нет. Видимо, дальше собственники сами должны урегулировать вопрос с МОЭКом. А у МОЭКа выходные, чо.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
