Röhrennudeln kochen. In einer Pfanne Gewürz Cashews ( und wenn man mag, die gewürfelten Salami Scheiben auch) vorsichtig anbraten ohne Öl und anschließend erstmal rausnehmen. Öl, am besten Olivenöl in der Pfanne erhitzen, die Nudeln rein, die Nüsse unterheben. Zum Schluss die halbierten Cocktailtomaten dazu, und je nach Bedarf dann noch ein paar Basilikumblätter dazu. Sehr gut dazu schmeckt Pesto rosso. Und ist wirklich schnell gemacht

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. NEWS
