На втором месте (62-е в глобальном рейтинге) оказался Лисин с $29 млрд, а на третьем (71-е в глобальном рейтинге) — совладелец ЛУКОЙЛа Вагит Алекперов, который за год разбогател на $2,59 млрд, до $27,2 млрд.
