Суддя, якого ДБР звинувачує у державній зраді, та відносно якого ВРП визнало підозру необгрунтованою, вчора у себе вдома знайшов пристрій дуже схожий на прослушку.
Сьогодні будуть подані заяви до ВРП, Ради суддів України, Офісу генерального прокурора щодо втручання у діяльність судді.
Нагадаю, правомірною підозру вважали члени ВРП Маселко, Кандзюба, а відсторонення законним ще й Кваша. Ковбій, яка зазвичай голосує так як і Маселко, не була присутня на засіданні де визнавали підозру необгрунтованою у зв'язку з перебуванням за кордоном.
Маселко і Кандзюба разом реформували прокуратуру, тому є обгрунтовані сумніви у належному розслідуванні цієї справи.
