Эти люди ежедневно занимаются преображением наших улиц, парков и скверов. Они заботятся о том, чтобы каждый из нас мог с гордостью сказать: «Я живу в прекрасном городе». Их работа видна не только в отремонтированных дорогах и благоустройстве, но и в искренних улыбках на лицах липчан, которые проходят мимо.

Спасибо за вашу преданность делу. Верю, что совместно мы сможем сделать Липецк еще более прекрасным и уютным городом. С наступающим праздником!

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
